By submitting a photo image through the Stanislaus State University Warrior ID Card Photo Upload web site, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not proceed with the image submission. If you choose not to proceed, you will be required to visit the Warrior Card office at to have your photo taken and your Warrior ID Card produced. This Photo Upload web site is provided by the Office of Information Technology of Stanislaus State University and its third-party suppliers. We may update these terms and any changes will be effective immediately.

The Warrior ID Card is the official ID card of the University and is managed by the Warrior Card office under the Office of Information Technology, a department of Financial Operations. The Warrior Card is the property of Stanislaus State and its use is governed by the University's regulations and policies.

The digital photo image that you submit via this website will be used to produce your Warrior ID card. The Warrior ID card is proof of identity and provides access to services and campus facilities depending on your optional card services, standard campus services, and key-card access. Access to various buildings and rooms on campus may be managed by displaying, swiping, or tapping your Warrior ID Card depending on security settings for each location. This access is based on the approval assigned to you by that facility or campus security. Common university area access, such as the Library at Stanislaus State, is automatically granted to all. Students will be required to use their cards at the library to check out books.

By submitting this photo for your student Warrior ID Card you agree this photo may be used by Stanislaus State Student Records and or the Student Health Center.

Stanislaus State does not guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the Photo Upload System. We cannot guarantee that this system will be compatible with any specific hardware or software. We reserve the right to suspend use or access to this system at any time, for any reason.

• Warrior ID Cards are property of Stanislaus State.
• Lost cards must be reported to the office.
• The card holder is responsible for the cost of a replacement card.
